I met Tad when he was contracted by real estate agent to do some remedial work on a property I bought last fall. Although I wasn’t paying for the work I was impressed with Tad’s punctuality and professionalism, so much so that I contracted Tad and Perkin Electrical to do some other work at another property I own. I’ve also asked him to do some more work at the original property.
Both times Tad was prompt and professional and did the work exactly as he said he would. His prices are very reasonable. Francine, his office manager, is likewise a pleasure to deal with.
