Tad Perkin was my superhero today. He replaced all my smoke alarms and reassured me about my electrical meter outside. He was punctual, personable and patient with my endless questions. I was highly impressed by his professionalism and his company. As his truck says, if it’s not workin’, call Perkin. So, no need to waste your time calling around and getting multiple wrong answers. Call Perkin and get the job done right!!!

We chose Perkin for a whole home electrical inspection. And we wanted a smaller local-owned operation for thorough and personalized service for the older home with aluminum wiring. We expected the worst but were really surprised that the work required was going to be less substantial that we anticipated. It was no small job and took a couple of days but we’re very happy with the end result, and of course feeling safe. Thank you to the Owner, Tad, and his team ⚡️

Tad is awesome! Showed up on time. He gave a fair quote and completed everything in the same day. He also cleaned up the wire configuration within the panel completed by a different electrician and removed all the dust with the subpanel and main panel. Highly recommend. Perkins will be my electrical service from here out!

I had the pleasure of working with Tad Perkin from Perkin electrical. He was exceptionally quick and prioritized my client's home as she had lost electricity. He found the fault in his style of diagnosing the issue and immediately fixed it. It was a ground touching a live wire and he caught that so fast. He gave the client recommendations for other parts of the electric system too. I appreciate his quick but systematic method and we would trust him with more jobs. If it's not workin', call Perkin!

We were referred to Perkin Electrical Services by a home improvement installer, and we're glad that we did as they're now our first call for future electrical work. Anastasia is very responsive to your call and great about getting you on the calendar quickly. Tad came out and thoroughly inspected the work to provide a competitive estimate that met the needs for our project. Brad was hard-working and always polite in getting the bulk of the work underway - electrical work can make a mess, and he was always good about leaving the site cleaner than he arrived. Tad wrapped up the rest of the work and conducted an inspection to ensure that we weren't going to have any other problems. We're completely satisfied with their work and have every expectation to bring them back on any future needs that we may have.

We had a great experience working with Perkin on a complete electical panel replacement and aluminum wiring upgrade. Even after completing the job as approved, Austin Energy came back with change requests, and they did a significant amount of work without asking for more money beyond the agreed amount. I've since called Perkin for multiple smaller jobs, and have always been very happy. Highly recommended.

We used Perkin electrical services for a full garage, lighting remodel project with hexagon lighting. I have to say the speed, professionalism and quality of work is amongst the best I’ve ever seen in the construction and remodel business and their pricing was reasonable. These guys are definitely worth their salt and I highly recommend Perkin electrical services for residential and commercial projects.

My company’s building was rendered powerless due to 11 copper cables of 40 feet wire stolen. Our current electrician provider was contacted with a response of an electrical bid to be performed late afternoon. Three random electrician companies were contacted and Perkins Electrical was one of them. Perkins was the 1st on site (within an hour) to evaluate and provide a quote. Our current electricians arrived, evaluated and provided a quote and were sent packing. Perkins Electrical (Ted) provided a reasonable quote with a 24 hour turn around to get our manufacturing facility back in operation. Work was completed within the 24-hour time frame with quality work, great customer relations, and knowledgeable team. I highly recommend Perkins Electrical for your next electrical requirements.

Quick and professional all at a good price! This is the 3rd time that we’ve worked with Perkins on projects ranging from fixing a single outlet to doing all of the electrical for a major remodel. Their service is great!

I was so impressed with this electric company. Their original bid for my project was what was charged at the end of the work, even though it turned out to be much more difficult and time-consuming than originally planned. The electrician was an excellent communicator, very cordial and easy to work with. He was also prompt and kept us informed on his time of arrival. I would recommend Perkin Electrical to anyone.

Always great service! Seems like we always need something done lately. We had some GFI outlets that were tripping constantly with no load. Perkin replaced all 5 quickly and the issue is gone. They have done everything from new outlets to minor repairs for us and they are always reliable. Local folks with great service - I highly recommend them.

Perkins Electric is always our 1st choice for all things related to electrical on our home. We recently had them come out check main circut breaker and add new Lev2 EV chargers. Tad was super courtuos & knowledgeable about planning the new circuits. His crew were just as effiecent, helpful and tidy on the job, and all was completed in a few hours! They even helped test the new amps to be sure all was good!

I found Perkin's online when I had a crew in town removing cubicles from an office for a customer. I had an emergency and they had someone out the next morning to take care of unhooking whips and ceiling power poles for me. Excellent customer service and follow up. Professional service from when you call the office to the electrician on site and follow up to let me know the job was done. I am very IMPRESSED and will be using Perkin Electrical Services for other work I have in the Roundrock and Austin area. These people care about providing great service at a competitive price. Amazing experience and an awesome company to work with. Tad came to quote on an electric vehicle charger and was so much better than all other quotes we received. He did amazing work and even took care of a last minute request we had to add in under cabinet lighting. They came out amazing and I would highly recommend this company. We will be using them for our electrician needs going forward.

Tad and Edgar are experts in their field. They came out today to install some Ring floodlight cameras for us. Not only were they very knowledgable, but they work very well together and efficiently. Their friendly demeanor was a bonus. I will be using them exclusively for all electrical needs moving forward.

This is an amazing service and I recommend them highly. I have had many homes in my life and have dealt with many contractors. Tad, the owner, was prompt, professional, polite, good humor, cleaned up, and did the job in an efficient manner. He asked questions and informed me of what he was doing. I needed a motion detector fixture outside replaced next to my garage and he replaced it completing a much better job than the last electrician did the same years ago. I have used the same electrician for years for this home but will be switching to Perkin's since they raised the bar very high to compare. Just call them!
