So thankful for the above-and-beyond service by Perkin Electrical! We had an issue with electrical outlets on our kitchen. I called them for the first time to get an electrician to come out. They not only worked hard to find a way to squeeze us in quickly by planning to have the owner come out same day, but they also diagnosed the issue from a picture I sent as something we could try before they came. Their office manager, Francine, walked me through it. It was resolved, and we didn’t have to have the electrician come out. I was so thankful that they took the time to do everything they could to help save us money. Right now, especially, that is more helpful than I could express.
